Teri Frymyer Awarded Midwestern Ohio Association of REALTORS® Good Neighbor Award

Piqua, OH – December 4, 2024 – Teri Frymyer, broker and owner of Choice Properties Real Estate in Russell’s Point, Ohio has been awarded with the Midwestern Ohio Association of REALTORS® 2024 Good Neighbor Award. This award is presented to a REALTOR® who exemplifies service, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to making a difference. It celebrates those who see beyond the transactions and step up when their community needs them most.

Teri is the very definition of a good neighbor. When the devastating tornados struck Indian Lake earlier this year, leaving destruction and heartbreak in their wake, Teri didn’t hesitate to take action. She rolled up her sleeves in an effort to help and bring hope for countless families who found themselves in the eye of this storm’s aftermath.

Through organizing a gift card drive that generated more than $5,000 in relief, helping run the local food pantry, helping with transportation and anything else her neighbors needed, Teri proved that being a REALTOR® is about more than selling homes—it’s about building and rebuilding communities.

But as every great leader knows, no one accomplishes such feats alone. During the award ceremony an honorable mention was given to the entire staff at Choice Properties Real Estate. Their collective support, teamwork, and generosity amplified the relief efforts and showcased what it means to come together in the face of adversity.

Teri’s unwavering committee to the community, especially in the wake of destruction has left a lasting impact, not only on those she helped but on all of us who are inspired by her selflessness and determination.

Midwestern Ohio Association of REALTORS® would like to congratulate Teri Frymyer on receiving this year’s Good Neighbor Award.
