Meet the Candidates for the 2026 MOAR Board of Directors & Officers
Voting for the 2026 Midwestern Ohio Association of REALTORS® Directors and Officers will take place Monday, September 22, 2025 – Sunday, September 28, 2025.
All voting will be conducted electronically, and members will receive an email on the morning of Monday, September 22, 2025 with step-by-step instructions on how to cast their ballot. While no seats are contested this year, we are proud to introduce the outstanding candidates who have stepped forward to serve our association and continue guiding MOAR into the future.

BIOGRAPHY
I have been a licensed real estate agent and REALTOR® since 1992, and Broker since 2005. I am the current Owner/Broker of McVety Realty, the oldest real estate firm in Miami County, established in 1945. I have served two terms as President of MOAR, Director numerous times, and have served on the MOAR RPAC and Forms Committees. I have also served as Chair of Ohio REALTORS® Scholarship Committee.
VISION STATEMENT
I would be honored to continue serving on our MOAR Board and will continue to work for the best interest of our members.

BIOGRAPHY
I have been a licensed real estate agent and REALTOR® for 20 years. I have a passion for serving my community and am the current president of the Lakeview Business Group. In my spare time I love to travel with my husband.
VISION STATEMENT
Serving as a leader of MOAR will allow me to contribute to initiatives that promote ethical practices, education, and advocacy within the industry. I am eager to assist in events and projects that not only support REALTORS® but also enrich the lives of the residents we serve.

BIOGRAPHY
I have been a licensed real estate agent for nearly three years. In addition to my real estate career, I have been a registered nurse for the past 18 years. I’ve been an active member of Charity League for five years and serve as a youth leader and worship leader at my church.
VISION STATEMENT
I want to serve as a volunteer leader of the Midwestern Ohio Association of REALTORS® because I believe it is important to have ethical leadership that supports and advocates for our industry/members. I hope to contribute to the growth and success of our association.

Ashley Miller | Closing Time Realty
BIOGRAPHY
I work for Closing Time Realty in St. Marys and have been in real estate since January 2020. I am active in S.M.A.R.T., which is a local group that promotes downtown businesses. I assist with a variety of fundraisers throughout the year, and enjoy volunteering my time to give back to the community. Also, I am a part-time photographer for my husband's media company, which has really helped me to be able to deliver great real estate photographs to my clients. In my free time, I try to relax with my family or read a good book.
VISION STATEMENT
I want to continue to serve as a leader for MOAR because I like to stay involved and informed. Being active on the Board of Directors gives me the opportunity to share ideas, ask questions, and gain knowledge that I can spread to other agents or clients.

BIOGRAPHY
I’m a Mortgage Loan Originator with Western Ohio Mortgage, licensed in Ohio, Michigan, and Indiana. I focus on helping families achieve homeownership through. I am active in local chambers and community events, but my passion is adventuring in the wild outdoors.
