Welcome to MOAR!
Getting Started is Easy...
1. Apply
Complete the online membership application that best fits your membership type. Once submitted, MOAR staff will review your application and contact you if any additional information is needed.
2. Pay Your Dues & Fees
After your application is received, you’ll receive an invoice for the applicable membership dues and fees. Payment is required to complete the application process and activate your membership.
3. Get Started with MOAR
Once your membership is approved, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started, including access to member resources and your new member requirements.
New Member Requirements
We're glad you're here. As a new REALTOR® member, there are three requirements you'll need to complete within 60 days of your membership application. We've made it easy to keep track of what you need to do below.
Your 3 New Member Requirements
1. Attend MOAR Member Orientation
Get to know your association.
Join us live on Zoom for an introduction to MOAR, Ohio REALTORS® and NAR; your member benefits and resources; education and events; advocacy; professional standards; and ways to get involved.
MOAR Member Orientation is different from WRIST MLS Orientation. Be sure to complete both if your brokerage requires WRIST MLS access.
2. Complete Code of Ethics Training
Start your REALTOR® membership on the right foot.
Complete NAR's required New Member Code of Ethics course online.
You'll need to CREATE AN ACCOUNT and sign in using your NAR account/Member ID.
When complete, send your certificate to the MOAR office so we can update your membership record.
3. Complete Fair Housing Training
Build your knowledge of fair housing and anti-bias practices.
Complete qualifying Fair Housing/Anti-Bias training. NAR's Fairhaven simulation is a free option available to REALTOR® members.
